Keeping your weight down helps to reduce the breakdown of your cartilage and reduce the joint discomfort. An effective exercise program not only helps in controlling your weight but also helps you sleep better, feel good and boost your self-esteem.
It is important to consult a doctor before starting your exercise program. The perfect combination of exercise with a healthy diet will help you improve your quality of life.
