It is the most explicit example of the beauty of a car. Co-developed with Japanese firm NordRing, this track pack features a number of enhancements to the GT-R including stiffer suspension, aluminum-alloy wheels and racing-style bucket seats trimmed in a high-grip fabric. If we have to trust the news, Nissan is going for more in its updated version, which promises both advanced technology and qualitative performance all through the ride at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show.
First and foremost, the 2013 model is getting a power boost that sees output from its twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter engine rise to 542 horsepower at 6,400 rpm and 466 pound-feet of torque at 3,200 rpm. Best of all, torque will plateau from 3,200 revs all the way up to 5,800. With more power under the hood, Nissan presented a lighter body plus a host of new aero upgrades that result in fastest lap timings. But fast lap times and astronomical acceleration are not the GT-R’s only calling cards. The cabin is spacious enough to squeeze in you and your three friends.
The improvements are mostly due to enhanced intake efficiency. Air flow resistance for example, has been reduced by adding an intake manifold fitted to the head of each unit and the use of special resin in the enlarged air intake duct for the intercooler. Nissan has provided some extraordinarily substantial enhancements in their GT-R 2012 model. Currently the 2012 Nissan GT-R comes in six different versions: “Pure Edition”, “Black Edition”, “Premium Edition”, “SpecV”, “ClubTrack”, and “EGOIST”.
Every passionate car lover has a dream to drive high speed, luxury cars and Nissan has always been working towards excellence to fulfill those dreams. Nissan GT-R is one Japanese automotive design that is a highlight in the world of sports cars. There are many portals that support as a source of parts and upgrades for your speedy demon. If you are a fan of technology you are going to love this.
