The practice of downloading music has kept growing ever since it started and it will continue to do so in the foreseeable future. This is unlikely to stop, no matter how much it is frowned upon. |

Do I have to accept the collection that a recording company thrusts on me and not just the music that I want to have and on my own terms too?
My point of view will be appreciated by any computer, laptop, iPod, or mp3 owner. Nothing else is comparable to having your own choice to watch or to listen to. The fact that there is bound to be a change with time, even in favorites, only makes this practice more sensible and practical. One can constantly revise and update one’s existing collection in this way.
I am, by no means, against possessing original CDs and albums, which many die-hard fans take pride in owning, no matter what the cost is!! I myself have a big collection and I do think people should certainly indulge themselves.
I am in favor of downloading and I think that the matter must be left to one’s choice, because this generation basically believes in making its choice and not doing it any other way.
The present generation does think and question every option available to them and go by the most practical one they find. This obviously is the reason why so many of these people are sold on downloading.
To me, it appears most sensible to download movies, sports events, music etc. instantly whenever I choose, just because I can own what I will be happy to have, irrespective of whether they are highly rated and most popular or not.
If I can exercise my choice in the matters of size, bandwidth, content, etc., I will even be willing to pay a nominal fee towards that.
