Everyone needs to burn calories, at least thirty minutes a day. Walking is the simplest thing that everyone can do to burn calories. Most people are using cars for their transportations and sometimes they are too lazy to “walk”. But for me, walking is my basic need.
Walking is one of many cardiovascular activities, and the best thing is, walking can help you stay healthy. You can also gain much social life in walking. When you are walking with your friends or your wife, you chat with them. It is your benefits if you choose to walk. Or you can find someone and ask him/her to chat with you if you liked him/her.
What I was trying to say here is you need walking, every day.. Whatever you do, I hope you are not too lazy to walk. If you have time for walking, do it. Reschedule your walking if you can’t do it in the morning and after work. You need walking because it helps you to stay relax, also your social life will be much better when you are walking with someone else.
Weather is changing everyday because of global warming Cars and motorcycles created sixty percent of air pollution. Ironic, but that is the truth so when you decided to walk, you will help this world. So why don’t you tell people the benefits of walking? Walking can help our earth.
Recently, the most time-consuming activation is waiting in your car because of traffic, especially in modern countries. Less time needed when you are walking than if you are driving a car in a big city. Many people only think about their images. Rich people often buy a new car for themselves only to gain higher images. They actually realized cars give you and your world many problems but they did not care. If you compared cars to walking, sometimes using cars for transportation is useless because of the air pollution and traffic.
Nowadays, pollutions caused by new cars are less than old cars but still, our world will sink if we did not act. It happened because many people buy news cars, which means more traffic, and the Earth is more dangerous for us. I think I will tell you this, I did not ever recommend you to walking every day, but you should walk whenever you have time (I think we always have time to walk). For me, it is very helpful, so why don’t you try it for yourself?
