Differences enhances the development

We always complain and condemn the people for whom they are.But fact is all dimensions of life are relation oriented .We waste and make our life so complex with the relations .We have not learnt to appreciate the difference between people.In this article my effort is to address this issue.

We all desire for a peaceful life, relation oriented, and a successful life with all comforts. Investment of our time, energy and effort are all for sure towards that. Life! I don’t know what is it by itself? I have heard from people saying different ideas about life at different times through out my life.

Education is life in childhood and money is life in adolescence, many definitions and meaning through out the day’s .Now I could say at present, life has its own two areas, official and personal. But we cannot deny the fact that in two phases humans are involved with their own identity of relationship. Business is involved in its own way in personal life as well personal relationship is required in its own form in official life also. So the real core of success lies in handling effectively the people through understanding, being empathetic to unique human around us. Each human in his own way is unique with different ideas on each part of life. Nature has engineered the humans to be capable of learning things in their own way based on their own perception. If you provide a problem in common to a group, way the problem would be conceived by them would be different.

Each individual mind has its own database cultivated with its own experience, perceptions and conclusions. And colored with different one, letting us to see through the same color imposed on our mind. So, by nature the difference exist among us and that is the way out of which a tremendous development has happened. We need to bring to our awareness that difference is nature and it is the primary reason with which we are getting improved in all phases of life.

We keep complaining, criticizing about others and put oneself in a busy schedule to find out for right and wrong of others. A great revolution should occur in our own mind to be aware of the single truth that we do run on the same track like others. This revolution in thought brings a great understanding among us and dilutes the difference we see around us.

Realizing this single truth bring harmony in our relationships at home and at office.
