Creating Personalized Calendar The Easy Way |

1. Find your receivers and know more about them.
Have you thought of the people whom you would like to receive the calendars? Have a little background check and know more about what this group of people prefers in terms of colors, pictures and calendar preference or need.
2. Learn more about calendars.
Custom calendars can come in many forms and you can just create any of these. Here are a few of but not limited to the types of the available calendars: Miniature calendars, Desk calendars, Wall calendars, Poster calendars, Planner calendars, Card calendars, Booklet calendars, Desktop tent calendars, Refrigerator magnet calendars.
3. Have a general number for printing.
Since you have thought of the people you want to share the calendars to, you now have a general idea just how much calendar prints you might need. Round up the number if it is uneven and have some extra prints for the “just in case” moments.
4. Find pictures for the calendar.
One of the vital areas where users decide whether they will use a particular calendar are - pictures. If your photographs are just obviously selling something then you might not get the heart of the users and they might not use it. Have a picture that is enticing and moving, something that can easily tell a story without having to say a single word.
5. Pick Colors to match.
Colors must be attractive for the users so always remember who you want to use the calendars and what colors they might prefer. Read up on color psychology a little so you know which colors moves the right senses.
6. Find the right paper and board to use.
Papers are most commonly used for the wall calendars, the desk calendars etc. The boards are for those that need to stand on its own or for the covers of booklet calendars or desktop tent calendars. Ask your printers the best materials to use for your preference and choices.
7. Add paper stock if you need to.
If you feel that the paper or the board you are using is a bit flimsy or may not last very long, add paper stock in your print order. You will be given a choice between matte and glossy. For some earth friendly printers, you can even have the gloss made to 50% thinner.
8. Include a little personalization for the calendar.
Add something more personal to the calendars like simple sayings or words of wisdom from powerful leaders. You can also include quotes from popular and successful individuals your calendar users might want or know. Not only will the calendar become an information tool, it will also become an instant motivator. For the booklet type or the desk calendars, have a little space for the users to take down notes or thoughts.
Calendars are important for almost everyone who works or those who like to plan their life. Since calendar printing is very easy to do, take time to double check everything, you will never regret it.
