Do you have day dreams regarding your future? Most people have. But for almost everyone these dreams remain fantasy. They almost never get translated into reality. But it is possible to do so. Quite a number of people have actually done so before. You should know some of them, like the
beginnings of Federal Express, of McDonald's and of Wal-Mart.

The first step is to convert your dreams into well-formulated goals. These are goals for an action plan you will develop. While your dreams may remain in your head, your goals are written down, as they are the starting point of your written plan.

Already at this first step of a written plan much depends upon your past experience and your attitudes which developed as a consequence of your past. You may not even be aware of your attitudes and the extent to which they influence the writing of a good plan. A good plan can be executed easily and resulting in a reality of great success

As your attitudes are anchored in your basic assumptions about life, you need to look at these assumptions. Who are you? A highly self-serving individual? A person who wants to have everything for himself (herself)? A person who does not care about other people? Remember, if your written plan offers a product or service, you need customers who are happy from the interaction with you. If you make customers happy, they will return for more and tell others about their happy experience.

So, how do you make customers happy? By serving them well - with the right attitudes. Or more to the point, by an underlying attitude which radiates out your wishes for the best of your customers. You can only offer the most useful. Your underlying philosophy should be one of helping your fellow-citizen. The more you help your "neighbor", the more benefits come back to you. What is your underlying belief system? Can you optimize it for your and your customers' happy future? Yes. Where can you learn more about this crucial matter? Well, there are books around specifically for creating your future, taking into account the underlying principles and leading you all the way to preparing and executing a business plan (or private plan). One such book is available at http://CreateYourFuture-NOW.com (if you prefer to look at the first chapter [free] first, go to
http://GeorgeAnfang.com and look for the free book [one of two, clearly indicated]).
