The answer is simple. No.
If you want to change your life, you have to change your thoughts.
Theres a classic cartoon that gives a good example. It shows a patient holding a hammer over his head and repeatedly hitting himself with it. The patient goes to see a doctor and complains that he's having horrible headaches. The patient says something like, "Doc, I'm having these horrible headaches, and I don't know why, can you make them go away?" The Doc looks at him and says, "Well you could start by quitting hitting yourself in the head with that hammer!"
Negative thoughts are like that hammer. How can you ever expect to get better and change your life, if you continue hitting yourself in the head with a hammer?
Every time you find yourself thinkng a negative thought about anything, THROW IT OUT!
Rebuke it, and find something positive to say!
My life WILL get better!
I WILL be successful!
I am happy with how I am right now!
I feel good about myself!
Pretty soon you'll find it easier and easier to think positive thoughts, and it'll be harder and harder to fall into the same trap of the "I'm not good enough" mentality.
Throw away that hammer! Start to think positive and life WILL be amazing!
