Eye cancer is characterized as either primary, means it began in the eye tissues, or secondary, means that cancer began somewhere else in metastasized, and body, or spread in the eye.

Secondary eye cancer is much prevalent than primary eye cancer. Lung cancer and breast cancer are the very prevalent forms of cancer, which can generates eye cancer.
