I must admit that I have only just began meditating again, after almost 5 years lapse, and it’s all thanks to this new method I found called Brainwave Entrainment. |

After dispensing with the ritual of morning toiletries, I seek my special space and begin meditation before the rest of the household stirs. The Binaural, Monaural beats and Isochronic tones available, are quite spectacular and I am instantly transported to that space behind my eyes as soon as I hear the sounds.
So here I am in my special space and the Binaural beat is playing softly on my laptop. I withdraw into myself and my focus is no longer on the outside, but on the inside of my body. As the sounds swirl around me, I begin to imagine that this beautiful white Light energy is gathering at my feet. I feel safe and warm as I see this energy slowly spinning anti-clockwise, moving up my feet, filling my toes and ankles, my calves and thighs – collecting discoloured negative energy as it spins upward.
As the Light energy reaches my base Chakra, I imagine the two energies interacting – merging, churning, swirling. Although the red of my base Chakra retains its deep lustre, the white Light becomes discoloured further, so I imagine this Light shooting up my spine and out the top of my head.
More white Light energy is gathering at my feet, spinning anti-clockwise, and slowly rises to my Sacral Chakra. The same process takes place until each Chakra has been cleansed and the white Light has reached every inch of my body removing negative energy.
By the time all the above has taken place, I am in the middle of the second Brainwave Entrainment – Monaural beat, so for the duration of this particular sound, I remain quite still and meditate on the peace and quiet that surrounds my Soul.
And now the third and final sound is playing softly from my laptop – Isochronic tone – surrounding me, engulfing me, overwhelming me with serenity and tranquillity. I imagine that the beautiful white Light is forming at the top of my head and begins to slowly spin in a clockwise motion. I feel happy and contented as I imagine the white Light flowing through my Crown Chakra, filling my whole body. I sit in the white Light for the duration of this third sound when I finally imagine the Light energy flowing up my spinal chord and out through my Crown Chakra.
When I open my eyes, I feel fresh and revitalized; calm and complete. The world is my oyster and I am ready for this brand new day!
