Brad Pratt was born in Texas on the 18th of December, 1976. His father Glenn Pratt was a successful contractor and developer that helped form the work ethic and business sense in Brad. Brad acknowledged his father's influence by stating that “My father taught me at the age of 8 how important it was to work for the things I wanted. By the age of 12, I was on top of houses repairing roofs”.

Brad started his own profession doing landscaping in the Dallas-Fort Worth area at the age of Eighteen. He hired a number of people and was tremendously victorious in getting money-making accounts. He then led his business to be one of the leading landscape companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

After building the required trade skills in landscaping, Brad Pratt moved into the Texas real estate picture. He went on to purchase over forty properties in the area as well as a major real estate commercial wharehouse.

When the real estate market crashed in 2007, Brad decided to add new things to his resume. He has become a very successful salesman. Going into companies and increasing their sales by explaining the features and benefits of the company's products or services, answering customer questions and promoting the value of the product. Brad is an individual who notices opportunities and decides how to mobilize the resources necessary to produce new and improved goods and services.
