While injectables are certainly useful to revitalizing your face, these may not be the complete answer to your woes. Smoothing out wrinkles is not the only aspect of regaining a youthful appearance. Like cheek implants, chin implants are usually solid silicone and are slipped into place through an small incision underneath your chin. The implant will firm up any loose skin around it and of course the results should last forever. Chin implants can greatly improve your profile and can even give the illusion of a smaller nose. Although it is a good way to boost your profile and sharpen your jaw line, chin augmentation won't erase fine lines and wrinkles around your mouth and nose. But like cheek implants, the recovery time is roughly a week and will cause only mild discomfort.
The concept of a facelift is drastically different from what it used to be. There are a number of options available that can lift and smooth various areas of your face, allowing you to customize your cosmetic procedure to your specific needs.
