BODY CLEANSING DETOX

In our processed foods, fast foods and soda diets today create in us a very acidic environment which is an invitation to many of the common illnesses today. Microforms like pathogenic bacteria, yeasts, and fungi thrives in an acidic environment. They also contribute to further acidity because of the toxins they produce. Sore throat, Pneumonia, various, diarrhea, whooping cough, cholera, syphilis, conjunctivitis or urethritis are just some of the diseases formed by these acid loving pathogenic bacteria. Here is a list of physical problems thought to possibly be the result of Candida’s (yeast) activity: depression, athlete’s foot, endometriosis, thrush, diarrhea, fatigue constipation, allergy, irritability, weak muscles, swelling in the joints, abdominal pain, bloating, migraine headaches and sore throat.

These microform thrives on acidic environment. It is of utmost importance to seriously getting your pH balanced and cleaning out our body if optimum health is desired. There are many different cleansing and detoxification programs and products out there. Some are very helpful, but others are potentially dangerous. Embark on a 3 -7 day cleanse. Three days minimum, and seven is optimum. It is a simple procedure, and here are the guidelines:

No solid food

If you have a juicer, use it. Juice VEGETABLES only. There is no limit to how much juice you can drink. The more the better.

Make juice drinks with dehydrated juice powder.

Drink lots of water…a gallon + per day (preferably alkaline water)

Take a fiber supplement to help cleanse the colon.

Take cleansing & detoxification supplements to help speed up the process. Do this twice a year.

Doing a three day cleanse every three months is optimal.
