-alleviate stress
-increase self esteem
-decrease in risk of osteoporosis
-reduce the risk of breast cancer and many more.

The key to success in sticking to an exercise program is finding something that motivates you and is fun to you.

The intensity of your exercise will give you different results. So work the level you are most comfortable and best for you.

Always start at a slower pace and gradually build up. You will feel great and maybe even look great, when you exercise and eat right!
