Will Mackie

William C. Mackie has been in the fitness industry for over five years and has ten years of personal exercise experience. He holds a bachelors degree in History and a Master's of Science degree in Recreational Administration. He has also completed numerous exercise science courses from Human Nutrition to Human Anatomy, and is a nationally certified personal trainer through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (N.E.S.T.A.) and the American College of Sports Medicine A.C.S.M

In addition, Willam Mackie holds certifications in Cardio-kick boxing, Senior Fitness, and Pilates. He has a wide range of experience in many other types of fitness class instruction. He also has experience personally training an entire spectrum of ages, body types and goal aspirations with great success. He currently works with numerous athletes. William is also the strength and conditioning coach for the Refuge championship power lifting team located in Central Connecticut. He has written numerous online health and fitness articles, worked both as an independent fitness professional and as a program coordinator, trainer and class instructor at a fitness and recreation center. With the creation of Innovative Fitness and Wellness he is now able to help people achieve their health and fitness goals world wide with his knowledge and experience.
