My passion is Visual Art, yet all forms of Experimentation, and Improvisation in all fields interest me . No system or structure, no creed or method can determine me follow for long, yet over my life I have experimented with Spiritual Processes broadly. Deconstructive methods of understanding myself as mind methods go and other seem useful to a more open mind. Meditations like Goenkaji's Vipassana and Osho's No Mind process, Ramdulari's Wholeness process and Tavarias 3 Step Breathing Process are ongoingly useful.Yet the most profound I would say is A Course in Miracles.
