Bryan Hartley is a native of Telfair County, Georgia. During his time playing college baseball he faced a hard career decision of choosing between two passions; coaching baseball or pursuing a career in business. After completing his Bachelors Degree in Business Management, the entrepreneurial spirit won and the path of business was pursed, yet he satisfied his desire for coaching through coaching recreation baseball and fast pitch softball. Bryan business background consists of 3 years of banking experience, 14 years of Real Estate investing, and 12 years of sales and marketing training and consulting. When the opportunity arose at Waycross College to begin an athletic program, Bryan saw this as the perfect opportunity to apply his entrepreneurial spirit and experience along with his love for sports to build a successful athletic program that will be an asset for the college and the community.

BUSINESS PROJECT DETAILS
I have implemented a success development program to teach young athletes the fundamentals of being successful in life. I believe that there are specific keys to being successful at anything in life, including sports. I also believe that we are not just born successful, that we must learn how to become successful.

The core of our athletic program is centered around learning to become successful. As we do so, we will become more successful on the field, in the classroom and better prepared for life after college. The way that I judge the success of our athletic program at Waycross College is based on seeing athletes continue their education and athletic career at a four year college and most important seeing feedback of their career success after college.
