To achieve washboard abs fast, you must start working out on your diet. Foods rich in fat, insufficient protein, and less fiber should be avoided. These kinds of foods do not go well with attaining a washboard abs. A high protein diet is ample enough with lots of fruits and lesser fat. Protein and fat, if taken all together, it is more likely that your body will take on the fats as fuel instead of the protein and you will not be able to make use so much of the latter.

Performing the applicable exercises for a coveting abs, you may warm up with a ten-minute treadmill or stationary bicycle. You may only need quick and easy-to-follow exercises. But you have to understand their performance and how to do them right. As you tackle on the treadmill, you are boosting your metabolism and respiration. In doing so, you are helping you body muscles collect the fuel needed for normal functions.
You can start forgetting the arduous crunches and sit-ups. Start slow and heavy resistance workouts with longer time intervals. Your stomach is among your body part that can do well with long intervals. Doing some repetitions help reduce any damage or changes to neck, hips and back.
Experimenting is fun and advantageous. You may experiment with different classes of exercises to avoid doing those extra laborious crunches and sit-ups. These do work but cannot give you hustle washboard results. Instead, do some leg lifts, water aerobics, and vertical bicycle kicks. Another exercise that aids quick results for washboard abs is a push-up based exercise. All you need to do is to prepare two dumbbells with weights.
Take on the push-up position placing the dumbbells on the floor. Lean on the dumbbells as you advance one forward. Do not move your other arm. Use it as an anchor. As you stretch your body at some angle, roll it backward, back to its original position. Then, do the same with your other arm and other dumbbell.
Do this repeatedly. As early as the second round, you should already feel some massive burn in your lower abdominal and sides. Furthermore, increase the procedure to three sets and with longer intervals. This sure will develop that washboard abs in no time. The good news is, the routine does not strain any part of your body but the stomach.
