For excellent customer service and quality results in Oakland home remodeling, First Rate Renovations, Inc. offers more than 100 years combined kitchen and bath remodeling experience. What You Can Ask Yourself
I suggest asking yourself this question: Am I ready to remodel? That’s a great question, and often is one that has an incredibly easy answer. Is your bathroom falling apart? Is your toilet leaking? Does your bathtub have so many cracks and chips you cannot stand it anymore? Is your bathroom floor so nasty you cannot deal with it any longer? Are your kitchen countertops falling apart, and do you have a moldy smell inside your cabinets?
What I Have Found
With over 40 years’ full-time experience in the general contracting with a specialty in the kitchen and bath area, I have found that about 8o% of all people I see are slobs, while 20% are neat and tidy. And only about 5% of those are super neat. Most houses I see need a remodeling job real bad, and those 8o% of the people I see have a definite need to remodel as they are in trouble.
Those other 20% are tired of looking at that old kitchen or the old bathroom. They remember that nice summer home they rented, that nice suite on the cruise ship they were on last summer, that nice hotel suite they stayed in a few months ago with the fantastic spa bathroom. They want to replicate something like in their own home, and now they can afford it. They are ready to upgrade.
At First Rate Renovations, we have been helping homeowners across San Leandro and East Bay transform their kitchens and baths since 1995. Are you ready to remodel because you are tired of looking at your old kitchen, or are you ready to remodel because you have no choice? Either way, we are here for you.
