Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a much-admired martial art that is based on grappling techniques and ground fighting. Self Defense program, which focuses on the self defense aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students learn the most effective techniques to protect themselves and their families in real-life scenarios.
Kids & Juniors program, which enables children to learn self defense, and also certain other personality traits including commitment, respect, focus, self-discipline, and more.
Apart from gaining the confidence that one can counteract any kind of physical threats, when practicing martial arts, students also experience an increased body metabolism that results in less body fat content.
