If a name is already selected for the infant you may want to invest in some letters on the baby's wall that spell out the baby’s name. This is a great addition to any nursery. The wooden letters are relatively inexpensive and they are made with different styles so that they can go with really any decor.
It may also be a good idea to invest in a few small tables to hold multiple items in the infant's room. These tables will be for small things like keeping the lamps, putting diapers on, holding baby wipes, and more When baby gets here, you may find that there is never enough space to keep all the infant's stuff.
The last extra is a baby piggy bank. This of course is totally optional but it is never too early to start saving for your baby’s future. Go ahead and fill that baby bank with all the left over change that you bring home from your job and when it is completely full, you will be able to start some sort of investment fund for the baby.
After you have chosen the essentials for the baby’s room, why not choose some extras that will give the room some personality. Remember to invest in small tables for the baby’s belongings and for the baby bank and make sure that you pick up a few custom painted wooden letters to spell out the baby’s name on the wall. These are just a few simple tips that will get you set on your way to a unique nursery.
