Reason 3: Why Jack could turn up on at the harbor on time?

At first, we have to know why Jack went nowhere until suddenly appeared at the harbor where Elizabeth was when the seal to the coin almost failed. As is commonly known, he’s also one of those cursers but he just came over before the coin fell into the sea and started signaling.

What can this mean? Well it means beforehand he’d known what time the seal to the coin would get failed and he had also known who could have the coin in hand. Although it is pretty easy for him to take advantages of his abundant wisdoms and talents to ask and get the information of that key time from Barbossa’s lackeys, it’s would be too hard for him to get the answer to the second question, i.e. who would be the holder of the coin? The only way for Jack to obtain this piece of information would be that he was told by the witch who sealed the coin in the past about the very person’s name.

Then why would she tell it to a captain totally irrelevant to herself? Firstly, Jack must have some unusual relationship with the witch; moreover the witch must help him with removing the curse off his body. Learned from the sea goddess, the witch could only show her true emotion to two types of people – her kinfolks and lovers, either of which can be applicable to the Jack’s true identity. However, regarding the heaps of shows and performances of Jack himself in each movie of the series, he won’t be in love with the witch, therefore he must be one of the witch’s close family members!

Reason 4: Would Elizabeth be really willing to go and save Jack because of feeling guilty?

In the third installment namely Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, Elizabeth irrevocably went to the world’s end to save Jack because of a lie he told her. Well now try to think about it, if it were you, would you dare to do so? Jack is always trying to split Elizabeth and her lover Will Turner, so will she lead a crew of people to take such a big adventure so as to save Jack exactly because of one lie of him?

I’m afraid the reason could never be as simple as it may seem. Elizabeth went to save Jack probably because Jack is one of her kinfolks, more exactly, the one that she could recognize as one of her few true kinfolks that were still alive – One is the governor as her adoptive father, but already dead unfortunately, while another one is her mother, the witch; however she never knew where her mother would be staying at on earth. And the third one of hers could just be her younger or elder brother Jack, otherwise who dare adventure bravely to do something that was so dangerous? And if not so, no reasons could make sense to explain all the things above at all.

In conclusion, we can be quite sure, at least 70% sure that our dear Captain Sparrow and Elizabeth are half-siblings also their common mother is a witch, a very powerful witch. Just like the sea goddess sent the Flying Dutchman to the octopus-like Captain Davy Jones, the witch did the similar thing, sending the Black Pearl as a gift to Jack’s dad. Finally her disappearance must be due to some inherent relation. But I think both Jack or Elizabeth’s parentage should be revealed next time if there could still be a further sequel namely Pirates of the Caribbean 5, just like Kung Fu Panda 2 whereas Po’s life of experience was just unveiled a bit earlier relatively, and that’s it.;)
