1. Use them as part of your holiday packaging.
Since lots of people will probably be shopping (and shopping again) it pays to use your brochures as part of your holiday packaging or bags. For each customer that buys from you, you can include a holiday brochure to each of their bag purchases. By doing this you can encourage them to come again by enticing them with discounts and other special offers. If they need to buy something they forgot or some totally new gift they might just look at that promotional brochure and go back to you. This is a good way to get some new loyal customers during the holidays.
2. Give them away at shopping areas.
You probably notice that there will be a greater amount of people at commercial areas and malls. These areas are best for distributing your brochures to a lot of people. Just hire one or two people to give away your promotional brochures in these areas and more likely than not you will have a couple of new people visit your shop within a day or so. Many people pickup brochures that are being given away since these are usually announcements of bargain sales or important information. So try printing brochures that are ideal for this situation and you can reap the benefits. Other locations that you might want to try out are food courts and exit/entrance areas.
3. Giving brochures to travelers.
Besides malls and other commercial areas, you might also want to go for the travelers. Many travelers like picking up color brochures. Be it a travel brochure or a promotional brochure, it is just nice picking up a brochure as you wait for your train, bus or plane. That is why it is important that you give away or leave your brochures where travelers wait for their trips. Bus stops, train stations, airports and seaports are good areas to start out.
4. Holiday mailing.
Finally, brochures can also be mailed along with your direct mail marketing letter. Since most people also send holiday related letters and greeting cards a nicely made holiday envelope with your brochure inside will always be welcome in their mailbox. So if you want a very wide reach you can try mailing your brochures to get more people to know about your products and services.
So as you can see there are many avenues which you can distribute your color brochures. Try one of them above, or try it all at once to get the best impact from your brochures.
